Shipping & delivery policy
Mark Fashion delivers premium Pakistani menswear across Pakistan and internationally. Below is everything you need to know about processing times, delivery options, and receiving your order.
Processing time
- Ready-to-wear orders: processed within 1–2 business days
- Custom tailoring orders: 7–14 business days depending on fabric, style, and current workload
Processing time begins after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Pakistan shipping
- Standard delivery — 3–5 business days · PKR 200
- Express delivery — 1–2 business days · PKR 400
- Free shipping on orders over PKR 5,000 (standard delivery within Pakistan)
We ship nationwide via trusted courier partners including TCS, Leopards, and Trax. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders within Pakistan.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, sale periods, or due to weather or courier delays outside our control.
International shipping
- Standard international — 10–21 business days
- Express (DHL / FedEx) — 5–7 business days
- Free international shipping on orders over USD 150 (where available)
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level. Some remote regions may require additional time or may not be serviceable — if we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you promptly.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid before or upon delivery.
Mark Fashion is not responsible for customs delays, holds, or additional charges imposed by local authorities. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details where available. You can also contact us with your order number for a delivery update during office hours (Mon–Sat, 10AM to 9PM).
For custom tailoring orders, we will notify you when your garment enters production and again when it is dispatched.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Address changes can only be made before your order is dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp, phone, or email if you need to update your delivery details.
Lost or damaged deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date (or immediately upon receipt for visible damage). Share your order number and photos of any damage so we can investigate with the courier and resolve the issue fairly.
