Return & refund policy
At Mark Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, please review this policy carefully before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
Returns
You may return eligible ready-to-wear items within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging where applicable.
To qualify for a return, please contact us within the 14-day window with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps. Returns received after the return window may not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or defective:
- Custom-tailored or bespoke garments made to your measurements
- Items marked Final Sale or purchased during clearance unless stated otherwise
- Opened perfumes, fragrances, or personal-care products
- Items damaged, altered, or worn by the customer after delivery
- Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional credits
Custom tailoring orders
Because custom tailoring is made specifically to your measurements and preferences, these orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or an error made by Mark Fashion.
If you believe there is a fault with your tailored order, contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos and your order details. We will inspect the case and arrange repair, remake, or another fair resolution where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after we confirm the returned item meets our conditions.
Refunds are normally issued as a store credit voucher for use on markfashion.co. This allows you to shop again at your convenience. In exceptional cases, our customer support team may review alternative arrangements on request.
All online payments are processed in PKR. Any approved refund will be reversed or credited in PKR at the value of the returned item(s), excluding non-refundable shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Sale items: Returns are accepted only for faulty or defective goods, consistent with our sale terms.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or colour are available on eligible ready-to-wear items within the 14-day return window, subject to stock availability. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we will offer a voucher or refund in line with this policy.
To request an exchange, contact us with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and your preferred replacement. Exchanges cannot be processed once an order has been altered, worn, or washed.
Return shipping
For standard returns within Pakistan, return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival. We will provide return instructions after your request is approved.
Please pack items securely to prevent damage in transit. Mark Fashion is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned by the customer.
How to start a return
To begin a return or exchange, contact us with:
- Your order number
- The product name and size
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photos if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

International orders
Once an order has been dispatched outside Pakistan, changes, refunds, and exchanges are generally not possible after dispatch. Please review sizing, fabric, and order details carefully before completing international checkout.
