At Mark Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. We have designed our exchange policy to be fair, simple, and hassle-free.
Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy on all stitched (pret) items from the date of delivery. Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for exchange:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- All original tags must be intact
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Item must not be damaged, altered, or soiled
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Unstitched fabric — cannot be exchanged once purchased
- Custom tailored items — made to your measurements and cannot be exchanged
- Accessories (attar, tasbeeh, prayer caps) — cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons
- Items purchased during final sale promotions
How to Initiate an Exchange
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number and the reason for exchange.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 24 hours.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service.
- Once received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases of defective or incorrect items. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Custom Tailoring Alterations
If your custom tailored garment does not fit as expected, we offer complimentary minor alterations within 7 days of delivery for domestic orders. Please contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and measurements.
