Refund Policy

MARK FASHION — REFUND POLICY

ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are issued for:
- Ready-made items returned within 14 days in original condition
- Orders cancelled before production begins (custom orders)
- Items that arrive damaged or defective

REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds may be granted for items that show signs of use or are missing original packaging.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom tailoring orders cannot be refunded once production has started. If there is a defect caused by us, we will offer a full remake or refund.

SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at refunds@markfashion.co.
