There's a reason Pakistani men have always preferred custom tailoring over ready-to-wear. A garment stitched to your exact measurements fits differently — it moves with you, sits correctly on your shoulders, and drapes the way fabric is supposed to drape. No pulling, no bunching, no awkward lengths.
But the custom tailoring process can feel intimidating if you've never done it before. This guide walks you through everything — step by step.
Step 1: Choose Your Fabric
The first step is selecting your fabric. This determines the look, feel, season-appropriateness, and price of your final garment.
- Wash & Wear — everyday wear, all seasons, easy maintenance
- Linen — summer, breathable, natural texture
- Boski — formal occasions, silky finish, Eid and weddings
- Karandi — winter, warm, rich texture
- Imported Premium — exclusive fabrics for those who want the very best

Step 2: Take Your Measurements
Accurate measurements are the foundation of a perfect fit. Here's what you'll need:
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor
- Waist: Measure around your natural waist (not your trouser waist)
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips
- Kameez length: From the top of your shoulder to where you want the kameez to end (typically just below the knee)
- Sleeve length: From the shoulder seam to your wrist bone
- Shalwar length: From your waist to your ankle
Not sure how to measure yourself? WhatsApp us and we'll guide you through it, or visit our store in Lahore for an in-person fitting.
Step 3: Choose Your Style Details
Once you have your fabric and measurements, you'll choose the style details:
- Collar style: Mandarin (band collar), classic pointed, or no collar
- Kameez cut: Straight cut (traditional) or slightly tapered (modern)
- Pocket style: Chest pocket, side pockets, or none
- Embroidery: Plain, minimal embroidery at collar/cuffs, or full embroidery for special occasions
- Shalwar style: Traditional (wide) or modern (tapered/slim)
Step 4: Confirm & Place Your Order
Once all details are confirmed, we begin stitching. Our master tailors work with precision and care — every seam is checked, every measurement verified before the final garment is completed.
